I watched President Obama’s last political rally in Iowa–the state where it all started for him 4 years ago–and thought, “I hope this time, the campaigning Obama is the Obama we get in the White House.”

I love President Obama as a candidate. He inspires. He raises hope. He looks and sounds like a strong leader. And he SELLS his accomplishments. He didn’t do a good job of that as President. Many voters are actually SURPRISED to learn all the things he’s accomplished, because for some unknown reason, neither the Democratic Party nor the White House have been good at bragging. Unlike their Republican opponents, who have been brilliant at tearing down anything that’s been accomplished.

So I want more of the firey candidate Obama in the White House the next four years.
