The only Democrat who voted for the disasterous state budget was Sen. Carlyle Begay of Ganado, who represents the Navajo Nation.

He’s on television this morning saying he doesn’t vote for political parties, but for what’s good for Arizona.

Come on. Senator, you voted for the budget because the Republicans threw you a bone–$1.2 million for your Navajo district. Your selfish vote brought home a skinny, only-a-shred-of-meat bone, but abandoned the rest of the state.

You’re not the first Senator who’s voted to bring home the bacon rather than vote for the good of all, but I’m amazed you could be bought so cheaply.
